QUOTE:

"Besides high academics, respect and nurturing are so important. Seton is mirroring the environment we have at home. There's structure and discipline in their social time and in their schoolwork."

SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT

Catholic Schools Week: January

Field Day: June
Field Day is a fun day for the classes to participate in fun games outdoors. The 7th grade class helps plan and run the games for students in grades K – 6. A pizza lunch is provided by PTO, and classes make individual plans for the afternoon. A CHAIRPERSON IS STILL NEEDED FOR THIS DAY, TO HELP THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER GATHER SUPPLIES AND TO ARRANGE FOR A PIZZA LUNCH FOR THE SCHOOL. PLEASE CONTACT NIKI WAKELING TO VOLUNTEER.

School Directory
A school directory is compiled at the beginning of each school year, and one copy is provided for each family. Additional copies may be purchased through the Seton Clothing Company for $3. A Directory Form must be filled out each year to provide permission to print your information in our directory. Forms are sent home in the communication packet at the beginning of the year.

Blue School Communication Notepads
These blue note pads are very handy as children are running out the door, and you need a note for a change in dismissal, or a doctor appointment. Just grab this note pad, and your note is ready in seconds. Communication Note Pads may be purchased through the Seton Clothing Company for $4, or 3 pads for $10.

Room Parent Committee
Each classroom needs parent helpers for parties, activities, and NTR and PTO fundraisers throughout the year. Room Parents are selected at the beginning of the school year. There are Room Parent Guidelines to help you through the duties of being a room parent (coming soon!).

Used Uniform Sale
Anytime during the school year, gently used and practically new uniform components may be sent to school c/o Mr. Jim Allen. Used Uniform Sales will take place at the beginning of the year during Parent Orientation Night, on Seton Showcase Night during Catholic Schools week, and at the end of the school year on Field Day. Volunteers are always needed to help during the sale.
